The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to iHomeFuture in any of the approved locations in GCC or Africa.
Goods refer to the items and products purchased
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Website refers to My Site and means any of our approved web site under the domain name ihomefuture.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: It depends on the item’s condition and packaging. If it is damaged or opened it may not be returned.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction, depending on your location.
The Egypt site will only accept goods that are purchased from Egypt, while the UAE site will accept all orders (except bought from Egypt)

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase – the product should be in its original condition and with the original packing and seal, If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
REPLACEMENT / REPAIR POLICY
In case the product sis not functioning as expected then you should refer back to the technical support team, in case product looks to be defective or not working as expected then yo can send the devices for inspection and then we can have one of the below situations.
1. we tested the product and found that the product is good and functioning normal, in this case no replacement or repair is needed – you need to check your environment and the rest of the installation.
2. W e tested the product and found it faulty due to misuse or wrong operating conditions, in this case a cost of repair might be included and repair will take place only after we receive the cost of repair.
3. We tested the device and found it faulty due to warrant y issue (manufacturing defect), in this case the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge – no cost for repair will be charged on the customer’s account.
On the above cases – shipping cost and any related cost for borders clearing, etc. – will be charged by the client and not by the company.
